72 Pound Turkey
I've heard of a story about a man who cooked a 72 pound turkey for thanksgiving. His sister and himself had started a contest to see, between the two of them, who could cook the largest turkey. The man's sister's turkey was ousted by his turkey, weighing only 47 pounds, which is a lot anyways, My family's turkey was 20 pounds. It took the man 15 hours, thats 900 minutes, to cook the gigantic flightless bird. The turkey, which was a breeding turkey that was 56 weeks old, weighed 85 pounds before being processed. Guess how much it cost him! Only $30 dollars. I know what that family is going to be eating for a long time.
